- Teesdale Village Halls Consortium (TVHC) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. It was founded in 1995 with it's main aim to promote and improve the effectiveness of Village Hall and Community Organisations in Teesdale and the surrounding area by the provision of advice, information, training and support. The Consortium is composed of people from the management committees of 33 community buildings in Teesdale and people from interested organisations.
