About Me:
I am a freelance Training & Development Consultant with over 18 years experience designing and delivering training events for individual and team development. I was a senior sales manager for House of Fraser retail and a Regional Training Manager for Ladbroke Racing North East and Scotland. I gained experience in the Public sector working for the Big Lottery Fund as Workforce Development Consultant and OD Business Partner.

Today I work with many different organisations in the private and public sector to increase individual and team performance using bespoke initiatives. I specialise in foundation level management programmes for new and aspiring managers and for senior managers I design and deliver leadership skills development using the Myers Briggs Type Instrument. I believe that using this psychology helps an individual become more self aware and can be further used in very practical ways to then bring teams together to focus on issues such as managing change, dealing with conflict or improving communication using the common language of the MBTI framework.

I am a qualified MBTI Step 2 Practitioner, a qualified Performance Coach and a member of the British Association of Psychological Type.
