The value of “challenging times” is to urge us to learn, grow, change and move forward successfully. Without a doubt, the last 18 months has forced us all to examine our traditional ways of doing business, how we market ourselves, to whom, and how we effectively bring business in from a shrinking, highly competitive marketplace - in effect how we sell! During this session, Jackie Wade will share with you her thoughts and observations from the past year, as a sales trainer, consultant and coach. She will look at the impact of a recession on traditional sales and marketing, as well as summarise some key habits, which need to be adopted in order to sustain and grow a business successfully going forward.
